Isn't this the question that nags you most of your adoloscent life?
As adults well settled in their careers, you'll be surprised to know that some of us still do not have the answer. A lot of us didn't choose to be in the professions we wanted, it happened as an elimination process. We moved towards things we knew about and lost opportunities simply because we didn't know enough about them or in some cases that they even existed.
We do not want to see this happening to the future generations. We want them to take informed decisions, to know what all is available and then make a choice depending on their liking and capabilities.

Never be afraid to ask, never be bogged down by the fear of unknown, it's your right to know, it's your right to explore, it's your future after all, You do not want to be in a situation twenty years hence thinking to yourself, 'wow..I had no idea one could actually make a career out of something like this..something I would have loved to live, breathe and eat'.
So open your eyes and ears to all possibilities and get down to business!

Everyday spend time learning about what people do in their careers. Remember, what may seem very glamorous on the outside, could be very taxing in reality. Also, what may be interesting to one could be absolutely boring to another depending on what their aptitude, ambitions, interest and capabilities. Also, if you are still in school or early years of undergraduate studies, do not focus so much on capabilities. You are still growing as an individual each day.
Keep your mind open and be willing to work with all your might towards your goals!
